Footing the bill
A MAN has been promised a year's supply of socks as compensation after a faulty hand-dryer went off by mistake while he was answering the call of nature.
Gordie Wallace was using a urinal at The Handmade Burger Company in Aberdeen when the dryer went berserk and caused him to miss his target and drench is training shoe and sock.
The company has responded to his complaint by sending him a new pair of trainers and pledging a new pair of socks every month for a year.
