A man has been threatened with arrest after a neighbour complained to police about a garden gnome baring its bottom.
Police turned up at Joe Hayes' house in Lanarkshire to warn him about the mooning gnome.
A neighbour - a former police officer - had complained that the naughty gnome was causing alarm and distress.
