A "smartphone" for dogs has been developed to keep pooches connected to their owners.
Worn on the collar, the Motorola Scout 5000 streams videos of what pets are up to, monitors their location, and allows owners to speak to them.
With a year's 3G service included, the device is selling for $199 in America.
