A 26-YEAR-OLD man was airlifted to hospital after being thrown from an off-road bike.
He suffered injuries to his face and arms in the incident in the Tilery area of Stockton at 3pm today.
Paramedics gave him pain relief before he was flown to the James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough by the Great North Air Ambulance.
His injuries are not thought to be life threatening, and his condition was tonight described as stable.
