A WOMAN arrested on suspicion of murder on Monday morning has been released by police after a post mortem revealed the cause of death meant it was no longer being treated as suspicious.
Police were called to an address on Church Street, Hartlepool, by paramedics just after 5.30am where a man was found dead inside the property.
A Cleveland Police spokeswoman said: “Following a post mortem examination last night, the death of a man on Church Street in Hartlepool this morning is no longer being treated as suspicious. A 50-year-old woman has been released with no further action.
“A file will be prepared for the Coroner.”
