A MAN has had to undergo surgery after suffering a broken jaw during an alleged assault in a night club.
The incident happened at around 1.30am on Sunday, July 23 in the upper bar area of The Keys nightclub in Yarm.
The 23-year-old man was taken to James Cook University Hospital as a result of his injuries.
Cleveland Police are appealing to speak to a woman who approached staff about the incident outside of the premises after it happened as she may have information which could assist the investigation.
