A NEW workshop which could save companies money is being offered in Stockton-on-Tees to small and medium-sized businesses to help them to improve their premises by making them more energy efficient.
The Carbon Trust’s Green Business Fund is running a special workshop to help businesses financially on Wednesday, September 20, between 9am and noon, at Fusion Hive on North Shore Road in Stockton.
The fund is also offering a financial contribution of up to £10,000 to small and medium-sized companies towards energy saving equipment as well as funded energy saving opportunity assessments and support with implementation.
The Stockton Borough Council-run workshop will also focus on the major areas of energy consumption as well as information about access to funding and one-to-one support to help businesses improve.
