A TEESSIDE MP has arranged two public meetings so residents in his constituency can air any concerns about services provided by a major bus operator.
Stockton North MP Alex Cunningham took up an offer of a public forum following a meeting with Stagecoach’s regional CEO Steve Walker.
The aim is to allow people to speak directly to Mr Walker and suggest how future services can be improved.
Mr Cunningham said: “People often contact my office with complaints about the lack of bus services in their area and I was pleased to hear Steve Walker say he wanted to meet local people, tell them about Stagecoach’s plans for the future and address their concerns.”
The meetings will be held on Wednesday February 15 at 6pm in the Jim Cooke conference room, Stockton Library and the following day from 6pm in the Billingham Community Centre on the Causeway, Billingham.
