A MUSEUM is hosting a three-month photo exhibition.

The Dorman Museum, based in Middlesbrough, is hosting d-Formed

The exhibition, created by artist Kev Howard, will display a personal series of photographs comprising images that show disability and the experience of surgery.

Mr Howard said: “Many disabled people undergo surgery during their lifetimes simply to be able to function.

“The powerful yet sensitive images will challenge the viewer to think about disability in differing ways, highlighting the very human experience and impact of surgery.”

There will also be a chance to meet Mr Howard on Saturday, January 21, where he will take part in question and answer sessions.

The event runs until Sunday, April 23.
