The approach to the Long Newton junction on the A66
MOTORISTS have been warned of temporary traffic lights being put in place on a bridge crossing the A66 near Stockton.
The Highways Agency said preliminary work on an embankment at the Long Newton junction would begin from Monday, January 9.
As a result temporary traffic lights will be put in place on the overbridge which crosses the A66 at that point, although that is not expected until the following week.
No dates have been given for the duration of the work.
