A MUCH-LOVED mother of a four-month-old baby boy took her own life, an inquest has heard.

Heather Terry, who was 35 and from Norton, near Stockton, was well known in Stockton where she ran the Musiclounge music and performance venue with her husband, Oliver.

The inquest at Teesside Magistrates Court in Middlesbrough heard that Mrs Terry had been suffering from postnatal depression.

She was found hanged in November last year.

Assistant coroner, Karin Welsh, recorded a verdict of suicide.

Many tributes have been made to Mrs Terry on social media since her death with many describing her as very kind and caring.

The Musiclounge with family and friends have so far raised more than £2,000 for the Raindrops to Rainbows charity which supports mothers suffering from postnatal depression.
