Huu Ngyen Loe, who has gone missing from Ingleby Barwick

A VULNERABLE 14-year-old who speaks limited English has gone missing from Ingleby Barwick.
Huu Ngyen Loe, who is Vietnamese, was last seen on Brimham Close in the town. It is believed he left overnight on Monday night.
He is described as being five feet tall with black hair and he has his left ear pierced.
It is not known what he was wearing but his school bag and coat are missing, so it is believed he has these with him.
