POLICE closed a bridge for nearly two hours last night (SAT) as concern grew for a man. Cleveland Fire Brigade deployed the brigade boat and Cleveland Ambulance Service also attended the scene at Stockton's Victoria Bridge from about 8.05pm. The 24-year-old man eventually came down at about 9.55pm and was taken to a place of safety.
