TWO men who burst into a home and threatened its occupants have admitted affray and will be sentenced next month.
Kenneth McGuinness and Nathan Davis previously denied a charge of burglary in relation to the incident in Waterford Road, Stockton, on March 9 this year.
Prosecutor Michael Bosomworth told Teesside Crown Court that no evidence would be offered in respect of this charge at the next court hearing.
Barristers for both asked for pre-sentence reports to be prepared.
McGuinness, 20, of Greta Road, Stockton, was bailed on condition that he does not contact prosecution witnesses or enter Waterford Road.
His co-accused 21-year-old Davis, of Limetrees Close, Port Clarence, was remanded in custody. There was no application for bail.
They will be sentenced on August 22.
