RESIDENTS and businesses are being asked for their views at a number of drop-in sessions on how a multi-million pound investment fund should be spent to improve a seaside town centre.
Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council announced a £1million fund committed to improving Redcar town centre.
The plans include turning empty properties into vibrant retail and business spaces, and attracting visitors and new investors by improving the marketing and promotion of the town.
People can give their feedback to the proposals at the drop-in sessions which will be held at 14a and 14b Redcar High Street today from 9.30am-4.30pm, tomorrow from 9.30am-6pm and Friday from 9.30am-4.30pm.
For those who can’t get to the sessions, the consultation is available online at www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk/haveyoursay
