FATHER Christmas is compiling his naughty or nice list ahead of a visit to Redcar and Cleveland.
Youngsters can meet the festive guest at a number of events taking place before the big day.
He will set up home at Santa’s Seaside Grotto in Redcar from Thursday, November 24 until Sunday, November 27 and will stay there for Fridays and weekends until Christmas Eve.
On Saturday, December 3 and Sunday, December 4, Father Christmas will take a trip back in time to attend the Victorian Christmas event at Kirkleatham Museum.
In keeping with the theme, he will also make trips up and down Saltburn’s Victorian cliff tramway in December, where one of the trams will be transformed into a moving grotto.
Redcar and Cleveland councillor Carl Quartermain said: “With Santa making so many appearances across the borough, there should be enough opportunities for kids to make some last minute requests before Christmas Day.”
