A MOTORCYCLIST suffered a broken collarbone after he was in collision with a car.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision which happened at around 4.45pm on Friday at the junction of Springfield Terrace and Loftus High Street.
"The collision involved a silver Vauxhall Corsa and a motorcycle," said a spokeswoman for Cleveland Police.
"The 34-year-old male motorcyclist was taken to James Cook University Hospital where he was treated for a broken collarbone.
"Any witnesses or anyone with information is asked to contact PC Ben Sutcliffe from the Cleveland and Durham Specialist Operations Unit on the non-emergency number 101, quoting event number 174482."
