The chefs will be taking turns putting on shows every hour between 10.30am and 3.30pm on Milton Street.
Food lovers can also enjoy a Family Kitchen for children, world street food, veggie and vegan specials, outdoor dining and picnic areas, street theatre.
Youngsters will be able to cook up a chicken stir fry, a vegetable Biryani, Macaroni cheese and pizza during the workshops, which need pre-booking before they take place throughout the day.
A vintage bus park and ride service will help to get people in and out of the town from the former coach park opposite Saltburn Golf Club and the nearby car park of Saltburn Learning Campus.
The free festival runs from 10am to 4pm on Sunday, July 31.
