A WIDE-ranging hunt for two missing children in Middlesbrough has been called off after the girls were found safe and well.
The children, understood to be aged six and eight and from the Easterside area, sparked a large missing persons hunt this afternoon involving the police helicopter, squad cars and police vans in and around the Stewart Park area.
Cleveland Police confirmed the girls had been found at about 4.45pm this afternoon.
