POLICE are appealing for help to identify a suspected intruder reported at farm, Officers are urging farmers, landowners and horse owners to be vigilant after the man was caught on CCTV at a farm near Guisborough.

On Sunday morning, an occupant of Howla Hay farm, Skelton Ellers between Upleatham and Guisborough noticed horse equipment appeared to have been moved.

On reviewing CCTV, a man is seen around the farm between 3.05am and 3.25am on Sunday.

The occupants then looked at earlier CCTV from the previous nights, June 4 and 5, and someone is shown approaching the farm and acting suspiciously on this footage too.

Police are issuing still photos of a man who they believe may be able to help with their inquiries and would appeal for him to come forward.
