A SUSPECT has appeared in court over an alleged murder.
Andrew Timney, 29, is accused of killing neighbour, Jason Dean.
Mr Dean, who was in his 40s, died at a home in Brackenfield Court, Eston, near Middlesbrough.
Mr Timney appeared at Teesside Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, flanked by two security guards.
Mr Timney, of Brackenfield Court, spoke from behind a glass screen in the dock only to confirm his identity.
He has been remanded in custody until he reappears at Teesside Crown Court on March 9.
