A TAXI driver has been robbed at knifepoint while in his car in Middlesbrough on Saturday, May 13.
The 21-year-old drove from Kindersley Street in North Ormesby to Marton Grove Road when at around 11.10pm, a man travelling in the silver Skoda Octavia pulled a knife from his jacket pocket, threatened him and demanded he hand over money.
The victim handed over £80 and a gold Samsung S6 mobile phone.
The suspect is described as a white male, around 5ft 4" tall, of skinny build with short light brown hair and he was wearing a beige or light brown coloured top.
