A WALKER was attacked by a hooded mugger who stole his phone and punched him in the face.
The 22-year-old male victim was walking along Ormesby Road, Middlesbrough, from Normanby towards Spencerbeck when he was approached by a man who pulled at the headphones in order to take the phone.
The suspect then punched the victim in the face and made off. He is described as a white male, of medium build, about 6ft 2ins tall with brown eyebrows and green/blue eyes. He was wearing a black puffa jacket with the hood up and it was zipped up to obscure the bottom half of his face, grey Adidas jogging bottoms and black footwear.
