A MAN suffered a serious arm injury when he was attacked by three teenagers in a Middlesbrough cemetery.
The man was assaulted while he was walking with his six-year-old daughter in Linthorpe Cemetery, near to the Burlam Road entrance at around 7.50pm on Monday (May 9) evening.
Two teenagers have been arrested, but police are still hunting for a third suspect. A 14-year-old and a 15-year-old were later bailed pending further inquiries.
Police are appealing for witnesses and in particular a woman who was outside the cemetery around the time of the alleged assault, but who left before giving her details to officers. Anyone with information is asked to contact Cleveland Police on the 101 number. Information can also be passed anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via www.crimestoppers-uk.org
