TWO community centres have been burgled on the Hemlington Estate in Middlesbrough with thieves stealing 11 mountain bikes, a flat screen and other equipment.
Both burglaries happened some time between 11pm on Friday, January 29 and 8am on Monday, February 1. The Doxford Walk Hub Centre on Doxford Walk and the Hemlington Recreation Centre on Cass House Road were targeted.
Nine white Carrera Valour adult mountain bikes were stolen from The Doxford Centre as well as a black Hitachi flat screen TV and personal hygiene items.
At the Hemlington Recreation Centre another two mountain bikes were taken along with an outboard motor.
