DAREDEVILS are challenged to get over their fears and don their fancy dress outfits to take part in a charity's first ever Zombie Zip Slide.
The Stroke Association wants adrenaline junkies take on a 600ft ride across the River Tees from Middlesbrough's Transporter Bridge on Sunday, November 1.
Lauren Flint, regional fundraiser for the charity, said: “This is the first time we’ve ever held the zip slide at the Transporter Bridge in Middlesbrough and it’s set to be one of our most daring and exciting events yet.
“For those who are brave enough to take part, why not get into the life and soul of the event, and zip while wearing Halloween-themed fancy dress?
“We’re calling for thrill-seekers across the North East to take on this exhilarating opportunity, all while raising much needed funds. Together we can conquer stroke.”
The entry fee for the Stroke Association Zombie Zip Wire is £15, with a minimum sponsorship target of £95.
