Armed police arrest man following firearms incident
A MAN has been arrested by police following an incident in which it is believed threats were made with a firearm.
Armed police were called at about 3.20pm on Sunday (October 12) to Wilton Way, in Grangetown, Middlesbrough.
The road was cordoned off for several hours, while a number of addresses were searched in connection with the incident.
A 21 year old local man has been arrested on suspicion of threats to kill and possession of a firearm and will be questioned by police.
