DETECTIVES investigating a shooting incident in Kensington Road, Stockton, have released details of a silver car they are trying to trace.
Officers were called to an address at around 10.30pm on Sunday, August 31 after a firearm was discharged through an upstairs window. No one was injured and a team of detectives began enquiries into what they say is a targeted attack.
Detectives would now like to speak to anyone with information about a small silver car, possibly a Hyundai Getz, which may have been in the area between 10pm and 11pm that evening.
Senior Investigating Officer, John Ward, said: “It is important to reiterate that we believe that this was a targeted incident and we would appeal for anyone with information regarding the silver vehicle or any other information with regards to the incident to contact us on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800-555111."
