A HOUSE was damaged after arsonists set light to a garden pergola in Guisborough at the weekend.
Police were called to Woodhouse Road, Guisborough at 12.30am on Saturday after reports of the blaze.
No-one in the house was injured, but police said 'significant damage' was caused to the back of the house and fencing was destroyed.
- The arson is being investigated and anyone who was in the area around the time of the incident or anyone who might have information is asked to contact Detective Constable Mick Jackson from Redcar and Cleveland Operational Crime Team, on the non-emergency number 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800-555-111 or www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
