A MAN has been charged after a scuffle broke out in a residential area of Hartlepool yesterday.
Patrick Brady, of Arch Court in Hartlepool, was charged with public order and possession of an offensive weapon.
The 31-year-old will appear at Teesside Magistrates Court on November 1.
A spokesperson for CLeveland Police confirmed a man suffered a minor injury to his hand during the incident, which took place on Arch Court.
