THREE cars were involved in an accident on the A66.
It was understood that a vehicle went into the back of a parked van at around 10.30am on the slip road to Eaglescliffe.
Three vehicles were involved in the incident a blue Volkswagen campervan and two white vans.
Parts of the road was closed to enable people to be treated at the site and to make the road safe.
Cleveland Police, Cleveland Fire Brigade and the North East Ambulance Service were all called out to deal with the incident.
