MOTORISTS faced delays of up to 30 minutes on the A19 northbound after an accident at the A689 junction at Wolviston.
One lane was closed and congestion is being reported to A1130 Levick Crescent on Wednesday morning.
All lanes later reopened and traffic was returning to normal.
Highways England tweeted: "Recovery after the collision is complete. #A19 is fully open again N/B btwn the A1027 and A689. Congestion easing."
