A GRANT worth £1.8m has been secured from a regeneration fund to build hundreds of homes on Teesside.
Thirteen housing group have received the funding from the Homes and Communities Agency’s Estate Regeneration Fund to benefit Middlesbrough and Hartlepool.
Middlesbrough’s Victoria and Grove Hill estates will receive £505,000 each to speed up building processes.
