A BURST water main has flooded a road in Hartlepool on Thursday morning.
The A689 was closed due to the burst water main on Belle Vue Way between Brenda Road and Burn Road.
Nearby streets, Bowness Close and Kendal Road, were also affected by flooding.
Police, fire and the water authority are at the scene.
