PLANS for a new business centre in the heart of a North-East town have gone on show.
Hartlepool Borough Council’s ambitious project is to transform the former General Post Office on Whitby Street into around 30 new units for start-up businesses.
The plans can be viewed at Hartlepool Art Gallery and the Cleveland College of Art & Design.
