POLICE are hunting a flasher who targeted two teenage girls in broad daylight.
The man indecently exposed himself to the pair as they were walking on the public pathway running from Barwick Way to Sober Hall Avenue in Ingleby Barwick.
The incident happened yesterday, Monday, July 11, at 5.15pm when the man approached the girls before being disturbed by other members of the public.
The suspect is described as a white male, in his early 40s, of thin build with blond hair and he was wearing a white top with a chequered yellow and green jacket over the top and dark coloured tracksuit bottoms.
