Prescription pad stolen from Hartlepool surgery
CLEVELAND Police are appealing for information after a prescription pad was stolen from Bankhouse Surgery in Hartlepool, sometime between Tuesday, May 24 and today (Wednesday, June 1).
The serial numbers listed on the prescription pad are 6015990301 to 6015990350.
Anyone who may have found the prescription pad is asked to return it to a police station or a pharmacy. Alternatively call PC Deborah Poole of Cleveland Police on 101, Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800-555-111 or visit www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
