TWO teenage girls have been arrested after the body of a woman was found at an address in Hartlepool.
The body was found at the property, on Stephen Street, near the town centre, this morning.
Police are treating the death as suspicious and a post-mortem examination will take place.
A spokeswoman for Cleveland Police said: “Police and scenes of crimes officers are currently at an address on Stephen Street, in Hartlepool, where the body of a woman was discovered this morning.
“Inquiries into the circumstances surrounding her death are continuing.”
