PARTYGOERS are being asked to don their finest disguises in aid of Breast Cancer Care.

The Best Western Grand Hotel, Hartlepool, will play host to a magical masquerade ball, raising funds for the charity, which offers support to people in the UK, on Friday (October 24).

The black tie event, which includes a glass of champagne on arrival and a five course dinner with a complimentary half bottle of wine, will feature a variety of fundraising raffles and games, as well as a charity auction.

Kelly Winchcombe, events manager at the hotel, said: “Almost everyone has been affected by cancer in some way, whether they’ve helped a family or friend through the illness or faced it themselves.

“This event offers a unique way to raise funds for an amazing charity, which not only supports those affected by the disease but also campaigns for improved standards of care.”

Guests are encouraged to wear traditional masquerade attire, including masks, with prizes on offer for the best outfit.

Tickets for the Masquerade Ball, priced at £35 each, are available by calling Jackie Carruthers on 07947 818803. For more information call the Best Western Grand Hotel on 01429 266345.
