A HEALTH drop in which aims to help people in the Trimdons improve their lifestyle will be held later this month.
The event will be at Trimdon Labour Club, Front Street South, Trimdon Village, on Monday July 14, 4pm to 7pm.
It include free health screening by appointment, health advice and information, stress level assessments and discussions about key health problems facing the community.
Bev Gent, volunteer co-ordinator from organisers the Pioneering Care Partnership, said: "The event is excellent for everyone, whether they'd like to make sure they can still get into last years bikini, get help to stop smoking or would just like to make those small adjustments that can make their lifestyle healthier."
