A TEENAGER thrown out of a party after getting drunk and argumentative returned with a brick and a knife and warned others: "I'm going to stab you all up."
The householder and other guests fled as Liam Norris banged on a window, Teesside Crown Court heard.
Norris, 18, of Kirby Close, Billingham, was given a six month prison sentence, suspended for a year, after admitting affray and having an offensive weapon.
The judge, Recorder Paul Watson, QC, also imposed a curfew for four months and ordered Norris to undergo supervision and go on an alcohol awareness programme.
Ian Bradshaw, prosecuting, described how Norris "immediately became compliant" when police armed with Tasers arrived. Mr Bradshaw said: "It must have been the little red dot [whichmade him calm down]."
Duncan McReddie, mitigating, said: "Since September last year, he has altered his behaviour."
