RESIDENTS of Ferryhill are being encouraged to limber up and take part in a charity fun run next month.
The town will host its first ever Sport Relief mile at Dean Bank Park on Sunday March 25.
Entrants do not need to be sporty to take part but can choose on the day whether to complete one or three miles, at their own speed.
The Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile is one of the biggest fundraising events of Sport Relief, which encourages people to get active and raise cash for people in need.
