CARE home and group accommodation residents are offered a cut price deal on a show of music and dance.

The Spennymoor Settlement, on O’Hanlon Street, Spennymoor, will host two performances of the show Sensational Swing on Saturday, March 13.

Singers Neil Hurst and Kenny Richards will perform hits from the golden age of swing from stars like Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin with support from the Diva Dancers.

A special matinee will be held at 2pm and care home and sheltered accommodation residents can get discounted tickets for £5, with carers going free. To book these tickets call Malcomn Marsden on 01388-816430.

The evening show is at 7pm, tickets priced £7 are available from Mr Marsden or J Welsh Jewellers, in High Street.

The show was scheduled to be held in January but was postponed due to bad weather, all original tickets will be honoured.
