BUSINESSMEN are being encouraged to take up various opportunities at Saltburn Valley Gardens.
Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council wants to lease the cafe, woodland centre and former nursery, with offers invited for the entire site or as separate lots.
The 45,100sq ft site is being marketed as a "significant development opportunity for retail, business or tourism ventures".
The council launched a business review of the site last year and has received several expressions of interest.
