Man raped in alleyway

A MAN has been raped in an alley yards from a busy High Street.
The assault is said to have taken place at about 1.15am on Sunday in an alley between Charlotte Street and Alfred Street, near Redcar town centre.
The suspect was a white man who was tall, slim and wore dark clothes.
A police spokeswoman said: "The victim and suspect may have come into contact a short time earlier on the High Street. The area was fairly busy at the time."
