Redcar and Cleveland Town Twinning Association is travelling to Germany to mark the 20th anniversary with the Borough's twin town Troisdorf.

And members will be joined by the Council's Mayor and Mayoress Councillor Brian Briggs and his wife Margaret for the six-day trip starting on Thursday, April 8.

Officers re-elected at the Association's annual meeting, held in Redcar and Cleveland Town Hall's Council Chamber at Eston, were: chairman, Councillor Margaret Wilson, vice chairman, Tom Williams, secretary, Steve Arnold, treasurer, Denis Bell.
