POLICE have appealed for information following the theft of industrial equipment from an east Durham factory.

About £3,000 worth of equipment stolen was stolen from the factory which makes and sells animal food. The victim has incurred extra costs because of damages caused during the break-in, with the suspects peeling back the side of the factory to gain access.
The property taken includes generators, industrial mincers and other industrial equipment.
Anyone with information should contact PC Andrea Wearmouth on the 101 non-emergency number, or Crimestoppers on 0800-555-111.
