POLICE, including armed officers, stopped a driver following a tip off from a member of the public.
North Yorkshire officers went to Dacre Bank, near Harrogate, at 6pm on Thursday after a caller said a 4x4 reversed into a wall and said the driver was "stumbling and intoxicated".
A spokesman said a positive breath test was provided. The male driver was arrested, and a second test in custody was also over the limit.
