TOP tribute acts are set to descend on the region this summer as the UK’s only touring tribute festival stops off in Harrogate.

Now celebrating its eleventh year, the Harrogate Fake Festival will take place on The Stray on July 22 with three acclaimed tribute acts and five local support bands providing the warm up.

Danni Saxton, festival organiser, is delighted to be bringing the tour back to the area.

He said: “Last year had a brilliant atmosphere, so I’m exciting to be bringing the event to Harrogate again.

“We have a great line up for the festival too, as leading tributes to Foo Fighters, Arctic Monkeys and David Bowie take to the stage.

Discounted early bird tickets are already on sale until June 22 from www.fakefestivals.co.uk, costing £18 for adults. Under tens go free.
