A FALKLANDS War military medal was among the items stolen from a burglary in a village near Harrogate.
The home, on Valley Road, Darley, was burgled between 1pm and 10pm on April 11 and electrical items, jewellery and medication were also stolen.
North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses to the burglary and in particular want to hear from anyone who knows the whereabouts of the stolen medal.
It is described as having a blue and green ribbon and a silver crown with the Queen's head on the front and a Falklands crest on the back, and is engraved with the name 'Alan Mould'.
Anyone who can help the police investigation should contact them on 101.
